CheckOffList is a freeware utility designed to help organize the web portion of your job search. It contains a database of job search URLs and a utility program that utilizes the database to execute the URLs, save dates, resume types, comments and other information for each web site and exports the URLs to several formats for documenting and transferring the data. The HTML output from the program is designed to be run on any current web browser and the URL export creates Internet Explorer URL files which can be copied to the favorites directory on any windows computer.

Notes:
• The program is currently running on Windows 95 / 98 / 2000 and XP and the install will work on all of these platforms.
• There is currently no documentation available for the program.
• The export to Word requires Word 2000 or later.
• The program uses embedded SQL to access the data and there is a rudimentary SQL editor written in.
• There are several known bugs in the program which haven't bothered me so I haven't fixed them.
• If the install informs you that your system has a newer library, use the newer library. I am not using any special functions of any library.

WinZIP or a similar program, such as those listed below, is required to view/unpack ZIP archive files.

Note: An evaluation copy is the full version of the program that expires after a set time unless purchased.
